What can I use a Mulberry number for?
Messaging your own users and customers — OTPs, notifications, support and sales updates.
Can I use a Mulberry number to receive verification codes for accounts on other websites?
No. That's prohibited under our Terms of Service. Accounts doing it are terminated and the numbers reclaimed. If that's what you need, Mulberry is not the product for you.
Why do you need my company documents?
Because regulators and carriers require a verified entity behind an allocated number, and because it's the single most effective thing we do against abuse.
How long does verification take?
Usually under two minutes. Regions that require a local address or a registry extract can take 1–3 business days.
Do I own the number?
No — nobody does. Numbers are a public resource allocated by regulators. You hold the right to use one while your rental is active, and you can port it out where portability exists.
Can I call 911 / 112 from a Mulberry number?
No. Mulberry numbers do not support emergency calling.
Do you train AI models on my prompts?
No. Never.
How do I get access to AI services?

How do I cancel?
In the dashboard, any time.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet — we are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified today. We're happy to complete your vendor questionnaire.
